Inspection Services has been serving the Florida Panhandle counties since 1996. Over 6000 properties have been inspected for clients representing home buyers and sellers, insurance companies, relocation and asset management companies, lenders, remediation companies, private enterprises and governmental agencies.

Fungal growth (commonly referred to as "MOLD") is found everywhere in our environment, and we are constantly exposed to it. High concentrations of any mold in living or work environments must be considered unacceptable because of possible health problems and structural damage. If mold is present, it is important to find out what kind and how much.

It is most advisable you be at the inspection during the time the inspector is present. This offers you a first hand opportunity to see the property from the detailed view of the inspector, and it gives you the further opportunity to review the inspector's findings at a personal level. A written report is made by the inspector for every inspection performed.
