John is incredibly thorough. We hired him to inspect our new build home and he did a great job. He pointed out the smallest flaws and explained how to correct them. He didn't make fun of us for not knowing things about the house and did a good job explaining his process. I can't rave enough about how happy we are with his services. We will be using him again going forward. I cannot recommend him enough.
