I am an experienced and dedicated home inspector who has spent many years perfecting his craft as a home inspector. I have had years of construction and home inspection experience that helps me to inspect your home thoroughly and to provide you with a comprehensive home inspection report.

Many people ask me what I include in my complete home inspections. To be honest, there are too many components and items that I inspect to enumerate, and as an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector, I include more than most other home inspectors do. That being said, I do want to make sure that each and every client understand the basics of what we will inspect, that way you can walk into your home inspection with "eyes wide open".
Mold is a four-letter word. While mold - in limited and specific scenarios - can be a good thing, when it comes to the topic of mold in a home, it's almost always a very bad thing. Mold can grow very easily, sometimes in as little as two days. One of the many overlooked but critical parts of a properly functioning plumbing system is the humble p-trap.

We got our 4 point inspection done in April 2021 and were scheduled at a later date for our house re-wire. When the re-wire was complete, I emailed Jenny and within a few days she had an inspector scheduled to come take pictures and verify at no additional cost. We were happy with the job they did.

I would recommend this company to anyone, they were prompt and communication was outstanding. The guy who came to my home to do the inspection was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and not to mention, He was a hoot. He even helped me out with advice because my lawnmower would not start as he saw me toiling with it.
