We have been property managers since 1977. When we started our goal was to acquire properties and renovate them to a level that we ourselves would be comfortable living in. For over 40 years we have not drifted from our goal and have grown because of it. In 2002 we expanded to Keene when our son attended Keene State College.
When he was ready to move off campus we found a serious lack of quality off-campus student housing so we decided to bring our business model to Keene. Since 2002 we have spent a lot of time, and energy acquiring and renovating properties to help provide quality and safe off campus rentals for Keene State College students.

Services
The bedroom doors in all of our rentals are individually locking and we recommend that you make a copy of your room key, this usually costs less than $2.00. Your roommates have the ability to let you into the apartment/house but you are the only one given a key to your room. You can hide the spare key somewhere where only you know where it is.
1- Determine how many people are in your group and how many bedrooms you are looking for. 2- Contact us via call, text or email. We can answer basic questions and inform you of what's available. We can also schedule a time to show you some available rentals. 3- If you would like to lease one of the properties you saw we will to have you fill out a lease application.
