Sente mortgage has been a Godsend to me! We bought a home, minus a realtor, and Victoria Bowden and Amy Lux helped me every step of the way. I am extremely grateful to these two ladies for all of their help, advice and much needed encouragement. They took what is usually a very stressful situation and made it almost completely stress free for my husband and myself.
We closed on our home on Monday.

We didn't work with Sente, but REALLY wish we would've picked them from the start (our realtor referred us to a different company, but we shouldn't have listened).
We contacted Vince after our loan officers at AmCap (different company) almost lost us the deal (multiple times) by filing some paperwork incorrectly. I saw the reviews on here, and immediately called Sente Mortgage as a plan B in case things went south. Vince eased our mind and sent us everything we needed that same day, despite the crazy market!
The sellers were asking us to put more earnest money down if we switched lenders, but

This was my second refi with Jen and Sente. The rate was amazing and the process was easy. Love the Sente website and app- easy to use and track the process. I'd do it again but doubt I'd could ever get a lower rate.

I can’t begin to give enough thanks to Christian and Victoria helping us through our first home purchase. We looked around for help after a failed attempt of applying for a mortgage by ourselves with our credit union RBFCU, we decided on Sente. From day 1 they have followed up with us and guided us through the whole process and made it just super easy experience. I don’t have a single complaint, everything was absolutely perfect. I shopped around for mortgage brokers, and Tyler was the best. Very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process very smooth. Tyler actually calls you in a responsive manner, and is gives you what you need. Lauren the loan processor, was great to work with. I was able to start the refinance process and close within 4 weeks on 2 properties. I would definitely recommend Tyler with Sente Mortgage.

I was given Sente Mortgages information from my realtor. I had never heard of them before but we decided to give them a call since my realtor trusted them. We got to speak to Christian Peter and he was super nice and gave me all the info to get started. We recently had the pleasure of working with Hannah and Christian Chacon. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable group to work with. I wish I could rate them a zero. We submitted paperwork to Sarah Morris to get a mortgage for my two sons, which was a lot of work. We were in contact with her assistant Monti, who was very nice and friendly. After a month had passed and I called a few times, they stopped answering our phone calls and emails and we never heard back from them. It was so strange. If we didn't qualify, I wish they could have just told us or maybe because it was only going to be a mortgage around 200,000 they didn't think it was worth their time? We have already been pre-qualified at another mortgage company

I recently closed a home purchase transaction with Kristin Carroll and her team. I have done numerous property purchases in the past. I can say without a doubt this was the easiest closing I have every experienced. We had some interesting circumstances imposed by the seller, where I signed the purchase agreement, and we needed to close inside of a month or I would lose the deal. Most lenders promise a "30 day close" but Kristin and her team actually did it. We closed in just three weeks.

This company is a joke. Rachel Mikulec wasted 3 weeks putting a plan together, said she was going to send us the paperwork on what different types of closing we could do on our house and lot, along with the loan amounts.
She never sent them to us and then cancelled last minute when we were supposed to meet her.
Do not waste your time with this company as they obviously do not care about you! The lies and excuses were insane.
