Chef Josh received his culinary degree from one of the top ten culinary institutes in the nation, Florida Culinary Institute located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Twenty years of education, training, and experience has made him an innovative and accomplished chef. While Chef Josh attended school in Florida, he trained with a Sushi Master for three years and was employed at a Japanese restaurant.
Vitter's catering has recipes for a fantastic breakfast and lunch that will delight your day. We can provide drop off service or Full-Service for your event. Assorted freshly baked pastries and muffins with a choice of fresh fruit Tray or vanilla yogurt topped seasonal fresh fruit and granola. Eggs served scrambled with bacon and sausage accompanied with home fries and fresh baked biscuits and Gravy with assorted jellies.
The mere mention of Italian food conjures up specific imagery, dishes, and even a few basic ingredients. While the stereotypical Italian restaurant in America (and to a great extent any country outside of Italy) reliably serves up plates of hot pasta with tomato or cream-based sauces, this is far from true Italian cuisine.

What to say about them Vitter’s dudes? Great people and amazing food! Josh or Doug them guys are like food engineers!!! Their food smell, texture, juiciness, and the taste are incredibly perfect! Got a prime rib for Christmas and now I know what’s going to happen every Christmas Day! You won’t be disappointed!

We used Vitter’s for our wedding and they did a great job. The food was tasty and our guests loved it. They were able to give us what we wanted and the bar staff was great as well. I’m giving them 4/5 stars only because we ordered shrimp for our menu, and that wasn’t at the wedding. Other than missing part of the spread, everything was exceptional! I would recommend Vitter’s.

Vitter's catered our wedding in April 2018 with a little over 100 in attendance. Professionally dressed, easy to work with, great service, fast to respond. The food was delicious and there was more than enough for everyone, we even had leftovers. We highly recommend Vitter's Catering for your wedding or event.

We came across Vitter's by googling Tulsa Catering and loved them so much that we have used Vitter's Catering for about 6 years now and have always been extremely pleased! We use them multiple times a year. They variety of food options is wonderful! You can mix it up and even have theme parties. Our friends are always impressed and they have gotten many new customers through our friends. I would highly recommend to anyone!!!

We have attended several holiday parties where Vitters were the caterers. We were always impressed with the food. Recently we were having a graduation party for our daughter so we hired Vitters to cater the event. Two of their staff members, Amber and Rachel showed up on time to set everything up. During the party they kept serving dishes filled and kept things tidy. They also assisted guests with anything they needed. We served barbeque and the food was excellent. The Caprese salad on skewers was not only delicious but made a beautiful presentation. Amber and Rachel, setup, served and cleaned
