Shaun was diligent and thorough in his inspection. When he explained everything to us it was in very straightforward terms and he has an easy-going personality that makes you feel comfortable asking questions and obtaining more detail about his diagnosis.

Shaun was extremely thorough in his work and assessment. Really spent time reviewing the house in detail and provided a step by step, locational review of all his findings. He explained things in plain, easily understandable terms. Pictures, regular and infrared, of the areas he inspected completed his review.

Appreciate the quick turnaround on the inspection. Was impressed with how quickly I received the inspection report with details and pictures and recommendations - which was the same day. The last inspection I received was on the house we sold from another inspection company, and it took 24-48 hours to get a report.

Recently had my fairly new construction home inspected by Ronald at Veteran Home Inspect. I unfortunately had to cancel my original appointment last minute due to a sick child in the home, but the company did not give me any issues at all and promptly rescheduled me for my next available date. Ronald was on, did a very thorough review of the exterior, roof, and interior of my home. He answered all of the questions that I had and explained in detail all of the issues that he found and the level of severity for each. He was respectful of our work from home environment and followed all covid safely

Extremely detailed home inspection for the property I am under contract for. Great price compared to other home inspection companies. I received a full detailed report with notes, pictures and videos. The inspector went over each area of concern and answered all of my questions.
