We had an excellent experience with Assured Home Inspections. They were very professional and quick to meet our needs. Getting our report was easy and we were able to download and share it as needed without hassle. The report was detailed with pictures and recommendations for repairs. The price was standard and there were no hidden fees. Our inspector was Noah and he was very nice given we didn't know what to expect. I would recommend Noah to anyone looking for a detailed home inspection. He provided excellent customer service from the start by responding to emails prior to the inspection in a timely manner. He was professional, thorough, and was happy to take the time to explain things I had questions about. I also had access to my home inspection report right away. The fee was reasonable, however, you can’t put a price tag on this kind of exceptional service!

I would Absolutely Recommend Noah, he took his time and explain things to me a way that I would understand. He answer every question even when the job was done and I emailed him a question. He was very nice and so Knowledgeable on the work his work. Also the inspection price was a great price. I Definitely plan on letting my family and friends know when they need an inspection done to their home to go with Noah. His awesome!!

Great Company for your home inspection needs! We hired Noah to do a home inspection on a home that we were under contract on. We met him at the home to go over any big issues. He informed us with a few major issues. He was very knowledgable and a nice guy to work with. We will be using him for further inspections during our house buying process!!

Noah with Assured Home Inspections was thorough, professional, and polite. He explained points of priority while in the home and provided a detailed report the following morning.
