My experience with caliber was great until it came property tax time. I ended up paying my property tax when it should have been paid by caliber. Now, I'm out $1500.00. I would have been nice of caliber to send a reminder to not pay the property tax bill. Hopefully, i get it back in August.

Paul Abair with Caliber Home Loans is hands down the best lending service you'll ever have the pleasure of dealing with in Colorado. I almost went with a big named company that you hear on the radio.
