Spoke with Brandy this week and she had a great amount of advice towards a refinance I was curious about. She basically broke it down letting me know I had an awesome rate and if I refinanced now would not break even for three years. While I was not able to refi, Brandy was extremely honest and their closing cost total was reasonably priced and I was tempted. But since it was the matter of less than 1% I decided to just stay with what I had. Where do I begin to rate Low Cost Mortgage Loans. This is by far the best place I have used to get a mortgage loan. I'm an amateur real estate investor, with still a lot to learn, but it's not the first time I apply for an investment property mortgage loan, but it is the best experience I have received so far. From staying on the phone with me the first time I called to get a quick pre approval from Mike, through the loan process and the service Steve provided, this was one of the smoothest transactions I've had. These are serious loan officers who are looking out for your best interest. Michael actually told me to hold off for about 4 months until rates were at their very best for us and then Christa locked us in. They could have gone for the quick buck at a higher rate, but they showed true customer obsession!

If you're a Military member and purchasing home, you definitely want to use this mortgage company. Mike Floren (Branch Manager) is prior military and is truly looking out for military members. Their rates smoke Veterans United and even beat Navy Federal Credit Union. As a retired veteran, it's nice to save as much money as possible and these guys know it and are here to assist. Steve Vinson is also prior military and is LCM's Senior Processor. I don't think this guy sleeps. He turned around my application in less than a week.
