We finally went to Kaitlyn's Pharmacy on South Tryon, after moving to Charlotte 4 years ago. We found they are the only pharmacy in Steele Creek that provides Covid boosters with no appointment having to be made a month out. That's the main reason we went. We found, however, more than we expected... kindness and professionalism, and a pharmacy where we felt important and well cared for. A small place, with a perfect variety of product as well. We will change over from our regular pharmacy. Thank you so much for our experience today. We will certainly be back.

It was terrible. I called in to reschedule a vaccine appointment for my brother. The guy didn’t even put me on hold. I heard him and a coworker talking in the background and questioning as to why I keep calling to switch my brothers appointment. Then the guy comes to the phone and say “let me have you phone number and I’ll call you back because you keep switching times”. Not professional at all. He’s lucky that I kept my mouth shut. Then at the end, once everything was switched, he then said “are you sure you’re not going to call back to switch appointments again?”

Kaitlyn's Pharmacy is the BEST pharmacy in the UNIVERSE!
Kaitlyn's realized that I had not been able to pick up one of my very important prescriptions, so they called me to see if I needed it delivered to my door for FREE!

I was very impressed with how thorough the guy who works behind the counter was. He called my doctor to double check the dosage of my prescription because it was twice more than normal.(I over heard the phone conversation) It turned out prescription did not have any problem however, I appreciated that he checked with doctor.

I wish I could they had negative stars because I would give them -9 stars. Had wisdom teeth removed and wanted to give an independent pharmacy a shot. Boy did they fail. They wouldn’t even take my prescription because the Dr signed with a marker. So I went to Walgreens and had it refilled. I guess there is a reason why independent pharmacy are failing. Nobody wants to experience that. Just Go to Walgreens or CVS and save yourself pain and a headache

This is by far the best pharmacy ever!! If you care about service and wait time, you will find yourself using them for every single Rx. You never wait more than 15 minutes or you can have it delivered. I am disabled and I don't know what I would do without the delivery service. Tung and his staff are the most knowledgeable people you will ever find. In a big box store culture it's nice to have a small company doing such a great job. Thanks Tung and staff!!!!

BEST Pharmacy you could ever go to!!! I have been going there for almost 2 years now and great people, prices, and speed! This is the kind of place you want to go back to weather you need medicine or not. They are always very friendly and VERY fast. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get anything filled..... even when I did not call ahead (which I always forget to call ahead). Never the less they are always happy to help. Seriously people stop going to the chain pharmacies and go to Kaitlyn's you will not be disappointed. I will go to them for as long as I live in the charlotte area even

Superb competent care. If there were more stars I would give them. Very pro-active customer service. Attentive to details and contacts providers quickly. They know your name when you walk in and always have a smile. If there is any way they can help they will. Trust, that if something with your Rx is wrong, it was your doctors fault. I hate I am moving away from this part of town. It will be hard to replace a pharmacy of perfection so to speak. You should drop your chain pharmacy and go for the small private, non-retail ones. They are wonderful. Tung is the example all others should follow.

Words cannot not describe the customer service at Kaitlyns and that's what's important to me. The fact that the pharmacist seems to know just about all of his regular customers by name and is so personable. When my elderly mother got sick and did not have insurance he help us to get everything we needed and told us what to do and I really appreciated that from him. He also gives very good advice on herbal medicines.
