Recently my car was hit, while packed, by a commercial delivery truck. The damage was quite extensive! After some confusion with towing my car was taken to International Collision Repair, and I very very happy it my car ended up there! It was a somewhat stressful process dealing with the delivery truck's insurance and my insurance, and Lizzy at International was fantastic and provided me with support while dealing with the insurance companies. She was so lovely, patient, and helpful! I am so happy that my car ended up where it did. It was very easy to get someone on the phone if I had questions

John and Lizzie are exceptional people. After a collision, John let me know that the work would ideally take until the end of the week (I dropped off on a Tuesday), but COVID had stretched the timeline. I was going into the appointment assuming that we were talking perhaps a few weeks or a month even (given the shortages across industries), but what it meant was I got my car back just a week later (so five business days instead of three), which was honestly no real extra time at all.

John was absolutely awesome! He did an amazing job repairing the paint and also detailed my car! He was very professional and gave me a quote right away during his busy schedule. Took time out to tell me what work had to be done instead of just giving me a number. He was on time with the car which was great as I needed it for my work. I definitely recommend his shop!

They were able to communicate clearly the issues and explain the process in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend ICR to anyone requiring their type of services. When you go in ask for John or Omar, they will take very good care of you!

Omar and his team are absolutely amazing! I would recommend his shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle. I had a situation with my trunk not closing after being rear ended. Omar took the time to work on my car without charging myself or the insurance company. He is incredibly honest and kind, and did not take advantage of the fact that I'm a woman who doesn't know much about cars. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you so much!

The entire staff there is fantastic, from the girl at the front desk, all the way to the owners. I've met all of them. They keep you in the loop of what is happening with your car, and always answer any questions you have. As much as I hope I never need them again. If I do, this is where I'll be taking my car.
