Contact AIM Corporation today to discuss your needs and how you can benefit from our services. We are a full-service property management company established since 1985. Our company charges a small management fee each month, with no hidden commissions, advertising costs, or leasing fees. Owners are invited to be as involved as they'd like with their properties and are provided with detailed monthly statements.
Qualifying / Adequate Income (Can be from different sources, including vouchers/subsidies). The application fee covers costs for screening and additional support for staff to verify information. You may view any of our available rentals by visiting our office between the hours of 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, or 10:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Friday.
AIM Corporation proudly partners with Gillespie Maintenance and other local, reputable contractors to ensure quick, reliable, and professional service. You may also submit a work order via the online tenant portal. All follow-up regarding maintenance requests must be directed to the management office.

Any positive reviews for this company are paid for, no doubt about it. It's an awful company that exploits its landlords and tenants. They are unresponsive, untrustworthy, and unreliable. They were my property managers until my landlord ditched them because they were stealing money from him. Someone set fire to their old location, if that gives you a clue of how much disdain this company has accrued.

AIM Corp felt like having slum lords. The agent who showed us the property over promised and we ended up feeling super ripped off. Every year they will raise your rent a little bit. Despite most property managers in town being eager to drop a few bucks off if youll sign for another year. It's been a half decade since I worked with AIM corp but a few words still come to mind when describing the experience. Low class, trashy, and rude. Will never suggest aim to another person, we left our house in amazing shape and they never sent the deposit back claiming we never paid the last months rent. A horrible

Ever since this company took over managing the apartments we live and we have not gone without the company prior was careless and did not take any initiative such as AIM does. maintenance requests are handled in more than a timely fashion as well as handled professionally the upkeep of the property has become their priority which was something that was not in past managing companies. The office staff are incredibly friendly and they do not make you feel just like another person paying rent they listen to you and allow you to express your issues about your apartment or anything else going on in
