Nice on the phone, but I was pretty miffed that they gave me a 3 hr window for sand delivery then came at a different time when I wasn't home and now I have to haul it all with a wheelbarrow over to where it's supposed to be
PS yes I did hear from someone however after I said I wasn't home, he said he would call me back. I definitely did not receive that call or any details about the truck not fitting through the gate.

We hired NTA last fall to give us a final grade on our new home that our contractor failed to do. Jason promised we would be very happy with the results. The fill and top soil they brought in is full of large pieces of road tarmac, chunks of cement, chunks of wood and other assorted trash. When asked about the substandard soil he said he was trying to give us the biggest bang for our buck. Another waisted $8k. I won't even get into the drain he destroyed.

I’ve been super pleased with the fall clean up these past few years. The crew came back out again a week ago and did an exceptional job. We have tons of trees on our parcel which translates to a sea of leaves on the lawn and in the beds, the crew exceeded our expectations and we are completely satisfied. Great job at a great price.

NTA has been mowing and servicing our underground sprinkling system at our soccer fields for several years now and we have zero complaints. They are timely and on schedule every time for mowing and when we call about an irrigation issue or concern, they are out the same day to take care of it. Great work NTA!!

This business is a sham. I went and got a “yard” of black mulch. When I showed up it took 10 minutes to find someone to help me. I asked for a yard of black mulch and the girl gave me one scoop. That is a half a yard. They charged me for a yard. I went back the next day to ask about the difference and the girl assured me it was a yard. When I asked what if I wanted a half a yard she said that they eyeball it. When I told her I had gone to the red wagon garden in Wayland and got a yard of pea stone she gave me this story that it must of been because pea stone is heavier. That makes no sense
