Kids classes at DMAC incorporate the discipline of a more traditional martial arts school, but in a unique and fun manner for our students. The physical benefits are outstanding, as children practice kicking, punching, blocking, yelling, stretching, running and jumping during each interactive class.
DMAC's teen and young adult classes provide teenagers with the perfect way to get in shape while learning practical self-defense. In our classes, teens learn skills and techniques, allowing them to defend themselves in tough situations.

As a student for the last 8 years and now a student/owner for the last two, my experience with this martial arts school has been fantastic.
Our classes aim to provide students with a well rounded system of self defense.
Learning martial arts is key to helping children and adults develop body awareness & control, improve strength & conditioning, develop self-confidence and respect.

Superior martial arts training, period. The dojo is all about the students, not the instructors. Classes for adults are long, and demanding, but every minute is packed with knowledge, and a chance to become stronger, more fit, and a better martial artist. Thank you DMAC for keeping my skills sharp, and for being a great group of people.

The skilled, knowledgeable and extremely talented instructors have extensive experience in multiple disciplines and keep their students challenged and engaged. The classes provide an incredible workout in addition to teaching techniques and concepts that are time-tested and broadly applicable, not just from a physical, self-defense perspective but from a LIFE perpective. Being integral components of the martial arts, self-confidence and self-control are not only exemplified by the instructors, they are encouraged and expected of every student, thus making DMAC's classes a wonderful experience for

I have been training in the martial arts for many years now. This is the third dojo I have been a part of, and it is hands down the best. I really feel like I am learning useful techniques rather than fluff of stuff that doesn't work. I love sparring and working out at DMAC. I know that if I needed to I could take care of myself out there in the world. It's a great feeling, trust me.
