Services
We were founded by Broker/owner Steve Simpson to provide professional real estate services to home buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida. Having spent his first years out of college in the business world, Steve was eager to bring business-class levels of competence and proficiency he learned while working for one of Orlando's largest public accounting firms to Orlando's blossoming residential real estate market.
Selling your home can require a great deal of work. In addition to the physical aspect of presenting the property - both inside and out - to potential purchasers, there are also a number of items to contend with in terms of marketing, negotiating, and paperwork. In addition, on average, most people only move about once every 7 years.
Buying a new home can sometimes present many challenges. Sure, you may know where you want to live - and you might even have an idea of what your ideal dream home will look like. But in order to get you into that home, there are typically several bridges that have to be crossed. Buying real estate can be a relatively complex transaction - even when compared to purchasing other big ticket items like a car or boat.

I scheduled a showing for an apartment at 5pm. When I arrived, there were seven other people there to view the property as well. The manager finally showed up an hour and a half late, only to ignore everyone except for one man who had already submitted an application and offer “weeks prior” for far more than the advertised rent price. This is the definition of a shady slum lord who will intentionally waste your time. Beware.

What a horrible real estate agency!! Stay away if you can!! I found a home I wanted to rent, I didn't hear back for a few days on a inquiry. So I gave them a call and Genesis Espinoza answer (what a mistake) I spoke with her and told her I would like to come and see the house asap. She said the only "earliest" time available would be Wednesday at 6 (it was a monday) I asked a few times, if there's anything else and she said no. Today I finally had my showing and Genesis called me 2 hours before the showing letting me know it was canceled because an approved applicant was received

Honestly If I could give this company zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. The woman answering the phone "Blue" or something was very rude. They rescheduled my rental showing without explaining why and before I could even view the house it was rented. I was not allowed an application or anything prior. Hopefully they will change their scheduling or hire someone that actually has customer service because the homes they rent are beautiful. On to the next one

Both are headed up by Steve Simpson, but I will focus my discussion on my realtor, Peggy, whom was fantastic throughout the process of selling my rental property. Offering a wealth of knowledge and skill, she did a fantastic job of diligently working with me to explain every step of the way, without being overbearing or pressuring me.
She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern

My husband and I first used 407 properties to rent a house in Orlando.
