Jessica Polanco with Mainframe Real Estate was amazing with my first home buying process. She communicates well and responds very quickly. If there ever was a small delay to receiving a response to my questions or concerns she would communicate that she received my message and will respond as soon as possible. My husband and I recently used Justin Zinn, an agent at Mainframe Real Estate, on the purchase of our condo in Orlando. It was somewhat of a roller coaster ride for a couple of months not knowing at times if it was even going to workout due to a difficult time working with the management company. LaShawn Norden was a dream come true! I'm not saying buying a home should be FAST but when you know what you want and you have the right team it can be. We hired LaShawn on 5/14, had our first round of showings on 5/17, made an offer that was accepted on 5/18, and closed on our beautiful home 6/18. Kathy Hereford lacks integrity.
After offering well above the asking price, Our Realtor happily calls me and congratulated my husband and I, sellers had accepted our offer and were emailing docs over for signing!
Well the joy quickly dissipated, after an hour we were advised by our Realtor, seller's agent while on the phone with seller received a text from another buyer offering $2000 more than our actual offer and was also completely waiving appraisal contingency. She left us no choice, but to back out of our offer. We could no longer do business with an agent who lacks integrity, dragged her

My son and Daughter rented a apt 12603 crest springs unit 1427 Orlando FL From a Professor from UCF. She put up the apt for sale just when the lease had one month an a half to end. She let us no ahead of time. Sold it immediately before my son and daughter contract ended to Kaylee Paros Realtor, The Professor gave them our deposit. We as responsible parents we made sure the apt was exactly or better then when it was rented to my son and daughter especial when the the previous owner was a friend from the family. This group is really as good as it gets. I've witnessed friends and family go through bad experiences and was scared as a first time buyer.
