The pharmacist is amazing. I came in to get a scopolamine patch for my upcoming surgery and they didn’t have any in stock. He not only called another pharmacy to see if they had any, he sent someone to get it from there so I didn’t have to go somewhere else! I worked in pharmacy for many many years and this is the best service. Support independently owned pharmacies!

I think the reviews for this place are fixed. I just moved to the area and was trying to avoid the crowded chains nearby so tried this place because of the reviews. I have rarely been treated as badly and dismissively as I was at this place. From the second I walked in the person behind the counter was rude and gruff to me, as if I was interrupting her day. She pretty much out of hand told me they couldn’t fill my px because they didn’t carry it. So much for ordering it for you. She literally sent me to CVS! What a waste of time :(

This is one of if not the best pharmacies in Los Angeles. I have been to so many and honestly the knowledge of the staff and the speediness of their work is unequaled. Thanks guys for always servicing me and my mother and being helpful and giving us tips about the medicine as well. You guys are the absolute best pharmacy in Los Angeles hands down.

This is what a pharmacy should be like! I don't know what magic pixie dust is sprinkled about the place - but if you've had to deal with any of the chain pharmacies on a regular basis, coming here will make you think it fairytale land.
They'll talk to you on the phone and not act like you're putting g them out. Actually talk with you and answer your questions.
When refilling prescriptions I actually have to let them know when I'll be ready to pick them up because they want to get in their time machine and have them ready before I even ask.
The building has parking and though sometimes crowded

This is one of the best pharmacies out there. Never had a time where they were out of the medicine I needed or needed to order it.
The people working there are so pleasant and so willing to help, it is leaps and bounds from your typical Rite Aid or Walgreens.... where you are just another prescription standing in line and they want you out.
They also have a huge selection of different creams, shampoos, and over the counter medicines. They also have a great selection of natural and herbal remedies that are hard to find anywhere else.

Pharmacy staff go out of their way to timely process my prescriptions. They are knowledgeable, personable and professional. They respond to messages promptly and deliver medications on the same day. They answer all questions willingly and don't make you feel dumb for asking multiple questions. I just love this pharmacy! They all deserve 5 plus stars.

THIS IS THE BEST PHARMACY I EVER BEEN TOO. I have been to numerous pharmacies throughout CA, and this is by far the best. They have great customer service, professionalism, and a very accommodating staff. The place is very accessible with free validated parking and clean. Dr. Asher is a very good pharmacist, and also very caring for his patients. I plan to come here not only for my prescriptions, but also my family members'. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of medications.

I have been trying to keep my Rx at non-chain pharmacies - not easy so many of our neighborhood pharmacies have either closed or not longer take Express Scripts because of Express Scripts micromanagement.
After my old pharmacy moved out of the area, I had to to get my Rx's transferred. Hepps handled the transfer well, called my docs if they where not sure about an Rx.
The service is quick, and they even gave me a insulated bag and cold pack for my perishable meds. Another thing I like about them, compared to a chain pharmacy, is if a customer is having a problem/issue/concern they don't stop

I brought my new prescriptions here and I must say this is by far the best pharmacy in the area. The service and helpful staff alongside the knowledgeable pharmacist and his intern made my experience here wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the service and the medications. I highly recommend everyone to stop by. I will definitely be transferring all of my family's prescriptions here!
