Totally unprofessional. From start to finish, these folks don't know how to properly install flooring, in my experience. Did not check temps or humidity. Did not check to see if the substrate was flat. Transition pieces loose in several places. Horrible gapping. Nailed shoe mold directly to the floating floor. Installed shoe mold in different orientations in different places. When I confronted the supervisor about the issues, he said that the floor would pass any inspection. I had it inspected, and he was SO wrong. When they finally finished the job on the third try, I asked that they not come

After the flood in 2015, a local company recommended Johnathan to me. He arrived promptly and was very professional. He replaced the entire first floor and redid my stairs in matching wood. It's been 2 years and we've had no issues with the instillation. Very happy with the work he did and the speed with which he was able to get it done. I recently needed some information from him and he was more than happy to assist. I'd highly recommend him for both the quality of his work and ongoing support.
