Wow!!!! All I can say is we LOVE our floors! We chose the Palmetto Road collection Tuscany Fondi as we wanted lighter colored, natural looking, somewhat coastal but not trendy, love forever floors. We didn’t want something we would get tired of in a few years. Livia and her team installed them to perfection! They were extremely knowledgeable and I trusted them because they also installed my parents floors and did an amazing job! They really worked with us to get the installation right because I wanted only long boards used and did not want to use any boards that were too dark or different from

I had my entire house redone with wood floors. I also had a new shower installed. Wander was our representative and he was on site everyday to check on the progress of the project. August led the floor install and was wonderful. The shower turned out beautifully and he even added a tiled shelf area for toiletries. I give then a 5 star rating.

I visited Flooring Factory about a month ago looking to match my current hardwood floors since that product was discontinued. Jarrett was so helpful and found a few options that looked promising. She let me bring some samples home and one was almost a perfect match. From the time I accepted their quote to the time they received the material was… only about 5 days and they installed the floors three days after that. Wander was overseeing our project and I can’t say enough great things about him. He’s very knowledgeable and just a great person. Our floors turned out beautifully

Just had our new wood floors completed yesterday and we love 💕 them. The whole process was easy everyone was super nice and professional. The show room has a big selection and the staff are friendly and helpful. They did a great job putting the floors in. On time, made sure to pick up and clean up. Went over how to keep the floors clean. Now, to the next project, tiling the master shower 🚿. They do tiling too!

Wanted to take the time to write a review on the performance and quality of work that Flooring Factory achieved on our hard wood floors. From the very beginning they have been prompt at answering calls and texts and have been very honest in everything that they have done. We were nervous about having them come out an try to match the hardwood floor… stain to our existing 20 year old floors but they have done a perfect job. We just had our floors installed the week before Christmas (2019) and we couldn't be happier. Wander was terrific and guided us through the entire process. He and Cintia worked with us on budget and provided us with multiple options. The team that installed the floors were polite and worked diligently and completed the project in a time frame… quicker than we thought was possible. We were also impressed with their quality and attention to detail. We couldn't be happier with the flooring or the experience, Wander even followed up with us after the project to ensure we were completely satisfied
