From someone coming to do measurements, to picking floor and installation of flooring was a great experience. Everyone was very professional and respectful. They made me feel at ease throughout the entire process and the end results were beautiful. I would definitely recommend Diamond Floors of SC and would use them again myself. Loved working with them, a great group of people.

We had to have our new hardwood floors repaired due to a bad experience by inexperienced people. Diamond floor came in a year ago and re did our floors. I waited a year to post a review because I wanted to make sure that we got through the four seasons with no trouble. O.J. Did a fantastic job. Always on time, always answered the phone. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I would definitely use them again.

Floors are beautiful!!! Husband and I went to their store to pick out the floor, I couldn't really picture the floor with just looking at samples, OJ took us to the warehouse in the store and opened a new box of what he thought I was looking for and laying several pieces together to help me picture it....yay it worked, floor picked out! We were going on vacation and I really wanted them to replace the floors while we were gone and they did on July 4 week, I really did appreciate that so much. I was also having new baseboards to some rooms but after we were gone I called back to add more baseboards

I would like to take this opportunity to express our excitement in contracting Diamond Floors of SC to install our red oak hardwood floors throughout our home. Mr. Keith came out to evaluate the project, provided an estimate, and the job was scheduled for Monday, November 16th. They started every morning at the same time, worked hard all day, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job Thursday evening; Amazing. The wood quality is superb and we can't say enough of wonderful comments about the company and crew (O.J., Joe, Bang, Keem, and Lance). We were so impressed with their knowledge
