Our technicians are trained in the proper repair and replacement procedures of these critical components.
Impressive Auto Body & Paint Inc. will repair, repaint, or replace when a claim is made while the present owner owns the vehicle. This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Impressive Auto Body & paint Inc.
The warranty shall only apply if defects occurred under normal driving conditions and not where any vehicle has been subject to any accidents, negligence, misuse or abuse.

NOT so impressive!!
I brought a brand new car there for collision repairs.
Terrible work, would not recommend to anyone.
Also scammers who bill insurance companies for parts that will never be ordered or put on your car . They will lie to you about the repair work and fail to provide receipts for parts that should have been ordered.
They cut corners on work to pocket cash for themselves. They also say their work is guaranteed for a lifetime. Which would be nice if their work wasn’t trash .

Impressive Auto Body is the best in the business! My car was hit while I was parked at work. Luckily, a coworker saw the guy hit my car and flagged him down for me. I was extremely irritated about the whole thing. A friend recommended Impressive Auto Body to me.

My wife went here to get a simple 5-10 min NY state inspection and without any consent, these idiots removed our BMW license plate covers and replaced them with their own advertising covers. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. They replaced both front and back. I'm Assuming they threw out our BMW ones?? My wife was not told or asked if this is ok. We realized the next day.
To add insult to injury, their advertising plate cover has 2 screw holes instead of 4 which means they threw out 2 of my 4 screws on both front and back plates. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
