Trung Doan is one of the most honest and forthright people I have ever had the pleasure to know. His and his teams work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. One of my cars had some funky paint from a patch job and scratches on the rear fenders from the previous owner. Trung checked it out and gave me a reasonable quote and told me the shop was booked out but he could pencil me in within a couple of weeks. I called back at that time and they were able to take my car. He thought it may take 2-3 weeks to complete but I got it back in about 10 days.
They painted the whole rear end and did a great job matching the paint. Got rid of the dent and scratches and it looks so good now. Highly recommend!

They were absolutely incredible!!! I had a front bumper, and door handles, to get fixed and they were so quick and the job was done perfectly! Their prices were better than great!
It may be overlooked, but I love the human aspect of businesses; Everyone that helped me at Doan's were professional, and very friendly. We need that now days. I plan on having them fix a few other things soon!

I got recommended to the shop by master tech they did some work for me. When calling and asking a question about my latch on my hood I was told that they could take a look at it, they fix my hood free of charge and didn't want any money in return. Times are hard for everyone these days, I am blessed to have found this place. Will be recommending them. Very professional and quick.

Highly recommend Doan's . Trung is the best. He is the owner. Everyone in the shop is nice. Rates are really reasonable and the work is done with excellence and professionalism. I have a brand new 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 and it is red. I had a key mark in it. I got the truck back and it is like new again. The paint match was spot on. Perfect. I saw the estimate that was very reasonable. I highly recommend Doans. I will be taking all my vehicles there. I appreciate just the feeling that I was not being taken. Doan’s is THE BEST body shop around!! When my car was rear ended and potentially had frame damage, they were the only ones who took the time to explain to us that that was a possibility. We went to multiple body shops for quotes and none of them compared to Doan’s. They did exceptional work for a great price and even corrected the sun damage on my hood for no extra charge. These guys are awesome, I wouldn’t trust my car anywhere else!!

These guys are great! They were responsive via Yelp. I needed the front license plate installed and they did it quickly. The guy who helped me (I didn't get his name) was friendly and didn't charge. I searched all over for help and these folx were awesome. I'll be returning for any auto body and paint needs I may have in the future.

Thrung, the owner was terrific. I got a great estimate, much lower than I expected, and the work looks great, if fact, like new. I am a customer for life. My new car got smashed so I needed to find a reputable body shop to fix my car. I brought my car to Doan's Auto Body & Paint, and they were excellent. Trung gave me a tour of the shop and their processes. He showed me how they match paint and measure for frame damage. He is extremely proud of his shop and you can see why in the quality of the work they do. I was sold on the spot and I am happy to say they did not disappoint. They brought my car back to new condition so I highly recommend Trung and co.

Doans auto body is by far the best auto shop I’ve been to. A family owned shop, once you walk in, you immediately get treated with excellent service and courtesy. Waiting area had free drinks and coffee as well. Long story short, I had a minor fender bender in my garage and my grill was busted (needed replacing) and numerous scratches. Having a pricier car, I wanted top notch quality work at an affordable price. A friend of mine recommended Doans auto body so I made the short 30 min trek from Sacramento. I told him the quoted price of a different auto body store and he was able to beat it no problem! He told me what each charge would be for and was really thorough about it so I knew where my money was going.
I didn't want to use insurance because it would make my car salvaged titled and he accommodated for that by finding the best and cheapest way for me to fix my rocker panel.
I would definitely come here again if I ever need to fix my car up

Went back in last week for some scratches on my Other car and they were able to get it in and out and buffed the rest of the car at no extra charge. As always, this crew goes above and beyond without trying to nickel and dime you. They truly want to ear customers for life.
They just need a popcorn machine in the lobby but the waiting area is great and without complaints. I could hang out there all day.

So, my poor car had a accident. I was so sad, frustrated, and lost, but I'm glad I was directed here. The trip was worth my commute. It is never a good thing to go through for a car, but The staff here were amazing. They helped me with the whole process, provided updates, and provided a fast turn around for my poor car. My car came out scratch and dent free. It was like a complete make over! The owners and staff went over and beyond to repair my car. The business has early hours and the staff is willing to work with you for pick up and car drop offs. I highly recommend them.
