I would have left a zero if I could have. My husband spent too much money on flowers that did not last. They left a bouquet that had yellow roses in it by my back door in the hot sun. They did leave a message and text but I was not able to get home until later that evening. Needless to say, the next day the flowers all browned, did not open and are dying. I called them but could not get a word in edgewise. The lady would not listen to me, she just kept talking over me. I understand that they cannot keep coming back but in the past, I have had people call a head saying that they have a delivery

Terrible quality and rude employees. I received a fruit basket and the fruit was bruised and moldy. The grapes were squishy, the pineapple was soft and rotten, the bananas were bruised and brown, the strawberries and raspberries were moldy, and the oranges were on their last leg.
I called to complain and the women on the phone was very defensive. She said they just bought the fruit and that I should have put everything in the refrigerator, then hung up the phone.
The website and card says they take pride in quality products and if you are not satisfied with the product, to call for a replacement

Beautiful flower arrangements and corsage were created for our rehearsal dinner. I received numerous compliments on them. The florist listened to what I was looking for and created arrangements far beyond my expectations. I highly recommend White Eagle Flowers and I will definitely order again from here.

Still waiting for the flowers I was away for the weekend they delivered unwrapped flowers with candy and just left it sitting never called or anything then told my mother they would redeliver. Sent my mom a picture of what was sitting all weekend and she said that wasn't even the right flowers. So my mom got scammed by these people. They are claiming they are going to deliver on Tuesday now what a bunch of low life's. And you can't call because no one answers the phone and their recorder is maxed out so you cannot leave a message. Don't use this company

If I could I could give them negative stars. I was supposed to be a recipient of the bouquet. Well I was supposed to since I never received the flowers. A sender asked me if I was home because the flowers were supposingly delivered and left outside my door. I was home the whole time and no one rung the door bell. Sender told me that the florist kept on arguing that flowers were delivered and I just didn't want to say they were. Like huh? Who does business like this?!

1) I contacted fromyouflowers to and ordered a "perfectly decadent" gourmet basket of candy for my wife on our 7 year anniversary. Fromyouflowers used this company for delivery.
2) I paid for both a same day fee and their advertised expedited fee (which is advertised on that site as a delivery within 4 hours)
I did so because my wife was leaving work at 3:00pm that day.
3) I paid for an additional extra box of chocolates.
4) The day of the delivery I called this company twice and never received any response. Screenshot of

I ordered flowers for my daughter and I was at the hospital when they arrived. First of all they were 69.00 and looked nothing like the full bouquet that the picture showed for the best arrangement. Also the sunflowers looked like they were dead, with brown edges. The whole bouquet in general looked very poor, and I was really embarrassed. When I left, I called White Eagle Flowers to complain about them and the lady I spoke to was very rude and started to argue with me telling me she used the same amount of flowers it said in the description and the sunflower were not dead. I originally ordered a boutonniere thru FTD for my daughter's prom. Since my other daughter was in the hospital, I couldn't get to a florist so I had ordered it to be delivered. I was promised that I would get it by 4pm at latest. It never arrived. So, I frantically called White Eagle Florist and they saved the day!!!!!! They very quickly made up 2 for my kid to pick from within 10 minutes of calling them.
You cannot find great service like that anymore these days.

My son was going to homecoming so I stopped in to buy a corsage. When I picked it up, I was very disappointed! The wrist bracelet was pretty the bow was lovely but the flowers were small and puny. Isn't it about the flowers I mean it is a floral shop. If I put my name on this I would want my customer to love it. So sad that I didn't. Jewel does a two rose corsage for a lot cheaper. Next time I will go there.
