If I could give this place more stars I would never have I ever felt so welcomed the staff was so nice and really helped us when we came in a crunch and needed to print a couple papers off and the balconies on the rooms were amazing the pool was great and the breakfast was pretty good would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs somewhere to stay on South Padre Island and they gave us great recommendations on places to see.

Pretty bad experience. Was planning on staying the whole 7 nights while I was in San Padre but ended up only staying 3. First guy was totally rude who checked us in. Didn't know the system and took forever. Wifi and a bunch of outlets didn't work, I saw 5 cockroaches in the 2 different rooms I was staying. The first room, 3 cockroaches, smelled like a foot and was way to far from the lobby. We switched to a second room and there were still roaches. This room still smelled like a foot. We really were trying to not leave this place but it was too disgusting. I'm giving them a 2/5 because at lease

Prices are great & It's close to everything you want to see and eat. Room was clean, ac was ice cold, and the shower goes all the way to boiling (just how I like it). The front desk staff Adeena, Jenny, and Phil were very helpful finding all the places to visit for our 2 weeks there and the manager Pam was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything on the island. We have stayed twice now and recommend it to everyone. It was perfect

This is a great place to beach vacation on a budget the rooms were clean the staff was friendly the location is great next to everything. We had a lil kitchenette with a sink cabinets and a mini fridge all I needed was a hot plate and I could have brought all my own food. As it was the restaurants adjacent to the hotel were spectacular and the view of the Tuesday fireworks was amazing from the hotel

Bed was clean, bed cover was warm and clean. Ac always kept us fresh and cold. We didn't see roaches in our room only in the hallway. The hotel does have a smell to it but I believe its dog or cat urine. Which pet lovers don't seem to mind. But it would be nice if they can spray some pet urine remover. Pool was nice and warm. Now towels were very small. And they were very stingy about towels. Room was very spacious. If you plan to do laundry make sure to take your own quarters because no one in the island will give you quarters.

Jenny is amazing! She was so understand and accommodating! We asked her to change our sheets and she took care of it right away. The room was very spacious and clean, we love the hot tub being in the room as well. 10/10 for cleanliness and customer service. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good price and great stay in south padre

Me and my wife have been coming here for two vacations now. I love the location because they're close to a beach access and it's walking distance and everything is relatively close by. I love the staff. They're courteous and nice. I really appreciate the manager and how helpful she is with everything and how comfortable she made us feel and she's great with working out things out for us and accommodating accordingly with our needs. I really can't help but appreciate a great comfortable place like this! We'll be back soon!!!
