Cobblestone Estates

We have lived here since 2018 and we have no major complaints! First couple apartment managers were iffy, but now that Dave is running the show everything seems to be much more organized and well taken care of. He’s always on top of things and maintaining the complex very well. Stand up guy for sure, and he’s perfect for the job!

The manager David entered an apartment with my children in it and no adult present. there was an appointment scheduled for 9 in the morning and I was running late. about ten minutes. there was no phone call from him to discuss the situation or to ask if it was ok for him to enter the apartment with another man and neither parent home. my daughter was so scared she practically jumped out of her skin when I opened the bedroom door where she said she was hiding. upper management told me that because the appointment was scheduled with the tenant that it was ok for him to enter the apartment. when I

I am now in the 4th summer at Cobblestone Estates and I agree with others on how lucky we are to have Dave as our manager. He is always quick to respond to any problems that might come up and has been helpful during several emergencies. Thanks Dave for all you do to keep this apartment complex a great place to live.

Dave the manager is very good. He maintains the community, and stays on top of things. Perfect for the job Would have given 5 Stars but do not agree with all of Pre3 policies such as paying for carpet cleaning When a person vacates the Apartment ? Specifically if one maintained the Apartment well.

My manager at Cobblestone Estates, David Clark, responds in a very timely matter. I am grateful because, I have lived here for three years now, and he is one of the best Managers I have ever have experienced. He has even stopped over on a Sunday for an emergency.

I have been living here at Cobblestone for over three years. I must say that my experience here has been wonderful. If I need something fixed, it is repaired right away. I am very thankful for our last manager Teri and now with our new manager David., he is very efficient and he keeps everything running smoothly. Our property always looks nice and I am happy to call it home

We originally visited and saw two different apartment set ups. These apartments were very well cleaned and ready for new tenants. Management was great in setting up a showing in a timely manner and was very welcoming. Teri helped us through the application process. When we moved in we had a very nice gift package in our apartment with essentials like toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and some treats (which are all a great idea for moving anytime). The air conditioning was also turned on for us a couple hours before we arrived so it would be cool for moving during the hot summer day. We know that

I don't enjoy having to give bad reviews but I felt it was necessary to report my concerns. I have lived at Cobblestone Estates almost a year and when I first moved in it was a good decision because the manager at the time was very friendly and pleasant to do business with. My daughter and I did a walk through and it was decided this is where I should live. I was informed that the apartment included a garage and one parking space in front of the building. The only problem was the insect infiltration that was occurring and it was the tenants responsibility to deal with this problem. A few months

The cobblestone estates apartments are very nice. My apartment was very clean when I moved in and they are very quick when it comes to fixing maintenance requests. The application process was simple and the manager was very helpful when I had questions. The community as a whole is very friendly and welcoming!

I felt the need to respond to Williams review. Our manger is kind, a hard worker, and really cares about how our complex looks and is taken care of. She responds quickly to a legitimate concern and often will go above and beyond. Residents also need to be an active participant with taking care of concerns outside of their homes if they should occur, neighbor to neighbor in a friendly conversation, reporting to manager when there aren’t results.
