Courtyard Apartments

If you're looking for an apartment with a gym, look elsewhere. I chose this complex because it had a pool and a gym listed as amenities. The pool is fine but the gym is a hazard. There's a water cooler in the "gym" with no water jug attached, the elliptical is rusted and cracked on the frame, the treadmill has pieces of it laying on the floor and it doesn't work well, and there's a dead plant in the corner of the room with leaves all over the floor that have been there for months. I've talked to the Brookfield main office the end of 2019 when I noticed all this with the machines and they said they

I lived here for a few years and never had a single issue. The manager was amazing and maintenance was always there immediately to take care of something if it needed to be fixed. Grounds are very beautiful and well taken care of and very nice updated apartments!

Me and my roommates have been treated like garbage since we moved here! we have had so many issues with the tub the neighbors and the property manager shes nothing but mean no matter what it is! we would like to talk to the OWNER of premier please!!

Terrible appliances, the fridge is like 100 years old. Also terrible landlords, they don’t know how to do their job.

Wouldn't let me stay there with my fiance because I had a 3 year old eviction on my records that was accrued by my roommate after I moved out of town.
