Zumba(R) Toning: Dance and tone your way to a healthier you. Zumba(R) Step: We combine the awesome toning and strengthening power of Step aerobics, with the fun fitness-party that only Zumba(R) brings to the dance-floor.
My name is Joshua and I have a passion for seeing people achieve their goals. My fitness journey began in college and continued to the point of competing in countless Strongman Competitions.
