Dr. Coles has always wanted to be a Veterinarian. She loved animals and was fascinated by science and nature at a young age. When she was 5 years old, she lost a beloved cat. The kind veterinarian patted her on the head and said "little girl, have your Mother get you another kitty". Those words changed her life and she vowed to become a veterinarian and never ever say those words to another grieving child.
Even after 33 years of practicing medicine, she has kept that vow. Dr. Coles believes every pet is a special gift, like no other and is not easily replaced. Services
Sundance Animal Hospital provides full veterinary services including vaccinations, on-site laboratory testing, dentistry, routine surgeries, radiology, allergy testing and treatment, prescriptions diets, parasite control and client education. Dr. Coles and her staff welcome you to visit and allow the Sundance Team to take good care of your beloved pet.
The physical exam generally includes a nose to tail checkup. Depending on the depth of the exam the doctor will check the following areas: weight, temperature, respiration, heart, joints, eyes, prostate, skin, coat and overall condition of your pet. A surgical procedure performed on a female cat or dog.
The staff are dedicated to providing the best medical care for your beloved pet. Collectively this team has over 100 years of veterinary professional and service experience. I brought my Ginger in and they told me she had tongue cancer....They wouldn't let me in.I guess because of Co id.This was9 mos.ago.Shes getting old and has scar tissue on tongue from hit by var or board as a pjp.tjats what Vet told be 10 yrs.ago there at Sundance.She is goin on 13 in a couple mos.and is still maintaining....So???

I took my dog plenty of times for me to spend hundreds of dollars and not even be able to properly evaluate my dog. Overcharged me and couldn’t even help and kept prescribing useless medication. Went to another vet and they were able to actually help. Do not recommend unless you’re willing to spend hundreds without receiving any help.

I am absolutely happy with my visit today 9-25-21. All staff was friendly! My puppy was seen by the Vet in a timely manner. Small clean establishment. Vet answered all my questions and I left feeling great knowing my puppy is and will be in good hands with them!

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new veterinarian. After having your veterinarian as your stepmother, finding someone you trust as much as family was very important to me. I was able to get an apartment same day, the staff wash caring and very friendly and most importantly, I felt like they genuinely cared about Penelope and how she was feeling! I would recommend Dr. Kathryn Linden and her staff to anyone with family members of the animal kind!

This place is awesome...bring your fur babies ....I'm a truck owner operator and my dog slipped on the steps of the truck and lacerated his leg deep about 2 inches long...

We used the services here for more than 14 years...And recently was treated with the utmost disrespect...the new vet would not even come out to our vehicle, while our precious laid there taking her last breaths Never will ever we be back for services or refer anyone. This was not the typical for Lori or even Nancy. There is no compassion

First time at Sundance and I was very happy that they took us in the same day. My dog got hurt and had no idea how. Took her in, I was very nervous because they took her in and we stay in the car (Covid and social distancing) We communicate phones. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Price wise, it was way cheaper than my regular vet. I totally recommend them.

They were so friendly and understanding of my cats when they got sick. They gave me a treatment plan and helped me decide what was best to prepare for the next steps if they did not get better. Thankfully my cats recovered. They even called me for a week after to check on them. I will continue to return. I highly recommend this facility!

Great staff. I never feel judged or mistreated. In other places sometimes you can tell if the vet or someone is having a bad day. Not here! Everyone is always super friendly. I bring my cats and puppy. One of my cats hates if other people touch her other than us, they were so quick and gentle,that the examination was done before she even realized it. Great service!

I am sorry, I can not give them a recommendation. Unfortunately, our cat was worse after seeing this clinic than before he went in. He honestly could have died. I need to contact this clinic before I leave a detailed review, to give them a chance to answer for themselves. I ended up taking our pet to someone else where he received much better and more advanced care, and at less cost- shockingly.

When I got my poodle mix Fifi, her being my first puppy I didn't know where to start. I took her to Sundance because they had great reviews and we're nearby. After Meeting Dr. Cole and her staff I knew we were in good hands. Dr. Cole has been my fur baby's vet since the beginning now and I take Fifi there every time. They really are there for your fur baby and treat them like their own. I know every time I go Fifi is on good hands. I always recommend them to everyone I know. I have been taking my dogs to Sundance for about 8 years now. About a year ago Dr. Lori Coles acquired Sundance and has elevated the level of care to be top notch. Her and her staff truly care about my dogs when I bring them in and treat them with love and care. Dr. Coles has called me to check on my dog to see how they were doing a week after the appointment on several occasions. I have never had another vet do this. I will continue to take my dogs to them and recommend you do too!

At first I received a phone call to insure I was still coming to my 4pm appointment. In the middle of telling the receptionist that I was on my was she just said thank-you and then hung up. I arrived at the vet and was asked for my dogs paperwork, which I gladly gave to the receptionist. She then asked for me to weigh my own dog; I said ok. They then took me to a small room as I waited for a doctor to see my dog a nurse came and asked questions about my dog. After answering the questions the doctor came in and explained the process and it seemed simple. The scenario was that my dogs ear was irritating

Called prior to the appt. for price on x-ray for our dogs hip. I was quoted $135 and $50 if an additional x-ray was needed. My son took for dog and was given a bill for over $700. I've been going to this veterinarian clinic for 17 years and never walked out with the feeling that they cared more about the money than my dog. Until today. Word of advise if you go.. make sure you are charged for what is nessecary. Dr. Cole should be ashamed.

** UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ** Less than a year ago, the (old lady) previous Vet left and this facility now has an entirely new staff. I had considered driving miles away from home to find a good vet and not have to go back to the nasty old lady. (I feel bad writing it but she wasn't nice). But this new management is like night and day! The Vet is so sweet, caring and kind; her positive attitude reflects on the entire staff. I'm so glad I don't have to drive far now. (The bad thing is they had such a bad rep before that now that have to build it up). I never leave reviews, I'm selfish

We just rescued an English Bull Terrier this past January. After a month we switched her from Sundance to Bell Ridge Animal Hospital Vet because the location was closer to us. Bell Ridge seriously jeopardized our new member to the family's health because they just didn't care. Spent HUNDREDS of dollars with Bell Ridge just for our baby's health to decline. I have been taking my two cats and one dog to Sundance since 2011. I have always been happy with the care received. Recently, the clinic was taken over by a new doctor, Dr. Coles, and she has been wonderful. My senior cat was ill and she was able to quickly diagnose the problem and went above and beyond to start treatment quickly and to thoroughly explain everything to me. I have experienced 3 vet clinics since purchasing my Olde English Bulldogge. I used to live in central Phoenix and go to Squaw Peak Animal Hospital, which we loved! But unfortunately we moved to the west side. My first vet experience was horrific, but then I found these guys.
The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They talk to you and make you feel like they want the best for your fur baby. When my dog is sick, they quickly make an appointment. The front office staff has even flagged down the vet for me as I had an emergency case close to 5 o'clock. (We're talkin 4:55).

Brought my cat who had urinary problems. She was peeing blood and in obvious pain. We brought her in and after a check up she was simply sent home and we were asked to come back when we collected a sample of her urine. How are we supposed to collect urine from a cat who is hiding from us because she is in pain and who only pees in a litter box? They sold us a kit to collect urine but it didn't work. We finally decided to empty her litter box and force her to pee there. It worked (after 3 days)and after the results came in( another 2 days) it turned out our cat had a bladder full of crystals

This is not a place you would like to take you pet especially when your pet is sick! I had horrible service while here. Not only did I already feel horrible, sad, upset etc due to my 13 year old dog being in bad shape but the vet was very rude and unprofessional! She came in for less than 2 mins and then never came back. But she went into another room where she was talking to the nurse and didn't realize I can here everything she was saying. She refused to give me a quote to get my dog treated and she was disrespecting myself as well as my pet. If I could give less than 1 star I would but
