Should be zero star.
I have my physical exam here for my Green card. The service here was terrible. In my first visit, without any explain, I had the TB test and others and pay a total of $300. Then I was told that the doctor only come every Wednesday to have physical exam and her schedule is already full for next two weeks. So I have to wait 3 weeks to have the physical exam.
If they had told me this before, I would go elsewhere. Because other place only took about 3-5 days.
OK, then I waited for three weeks, and told the doctor was sick and couldn't come. So I waited another two weeks as next

Horrible experience. Dr. Rebekah is one of the worst doctors I have seen. She will arrive 2 hours after the scheduled appointment and then takes two minutes to actually do the physical. USCIS should not trust them. They are not trustworthy.
We did our greencard physical here. They have overcharged us and have given my insurance the incorrect codes. My insurance told me that they charged me for services that they definitely did not do and were not necessary. They are very rude and unprofessional.
