Our goal is to show clients how to lose weight and keep it off with behavior modification, nutritional and life coaching, and spiritual direction. Weight loss involves the whole person. Your mind, body, and spirit. I have found that learning about your moods, your daily stress, your day, your life, provide a pattern of habits that we work through.

When you start to change habits, weight loss becomes easy, and you learn to keep it off, forever. What makes this program different for all of the others you have tried? We develop a relationship with you through daily coaching. Throughout my career that started in 1985 in weight loss and fitness, I have found coaching my clients every day on journals is the key to their success.

It takes a team to do what we provide for each client. Let me tell you about each one of them. They are all very special to me and help provide you with daily coaching, accountability, nutritional guidance, and support. Cindy, Janis, and Laura are your coaches. These ladies are so focused on assisting you in your journey!
Not everyone is ready for this type of weight loss behavior modification coaching but read on to determine if you are. First, let's talk about weight loss. You will be consuming normal foods from the grocery store. All food groups are there. If you have allergies or food restrictions due to medications, your program will reflect that.
Why be creative with your food? I have found over the years that 80% of clients do not like to eat the same thing. They like variety and different tastes and textures. So, recipes assist you with getting out of that feeling. Recipes are also easy for families. If there is only time to cook one meal, this is a great way to feed the family and stay losing weight.
Take your time and scroll through the clients who share with you their transformation. They will tell you it is not easy, but worth it. My coaches and I will work with you to change the habits that brought you to Mind. Body & Soul Fitness. They weighed and measured their food. They stepped on the scale Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and sent it to their coach.

I travel for work which makes it really easy to overeat. I've lost 30 lbs after 5 weeks on this program, and I'm still able to eat out when I'm traveling as long as I make the right decisions. I appreciate the accountability the program offers.

This is just not a weight loss program or diet. This is a transformation of your mind and your habits. Lesia and her team will create a plan that will guide your body and your mind into success. Started at the end of May 2019 and in 11 Weeks I have lost 50 lbs. I have 40 lbs to go. My outlook on food has completely changed. My body feels great and it wants to walk a lot. I have donated a lot of clothes. Best of all, my mind is not falling for all of the advertising of horrible choices of eating that surrounds everyone daily. It works. It wasn’t rocket science. It was good conmen sense. It was a lifestyle change. Paying attention to what types of food, when and how much. I am doing maintenance now and I am so pleased. Missy has been so great to work with. She kind of gets me, I tell her I measure everything and then I don’t have to say how much on my diary.

I love how my coach made me accountable for everything. I lost a lot of weight and following the plan was very easy. Lesia was wonderful during my whole ordeal! This has changed my whole outlook on life. I’m now exercising and eating right. I visit local farmers markets and make more nutritious choices. Getting in touch with Lesia has completely changed my outlook on life and wellness. I was given her name as a recommendation and I was told to make sure she was my Coach. She did not disappoint!!
