Whichever class I take, I always leave feeling accomplished. The instructors are friendly and truly care about the members getting a good workout while also being mindful of individual concerns. Genesis has provided me with a one-stop shop for all of my fitness needs, and the instructors inspire me to work toward my fitness goals.
