I specialize in residual home inspections and offer a fast turnaround on comprehensive inspection reports. I have over 20 years of experience in the construction, real estate and inspection industry.
The standard home inspector's report will review the condition of the home's heating system, central air conditioning system (temperature permitting), interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic, and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement, and visible structure.

FHI did two home inspections for me. One pre-inspection on the home I sold and one on a home I am purchasing. The pre-inspection really set my mind at ease going into listing my house. Rob and his team took the time to show me how different features in our new and old home work. They went above and beyond when the buyer’s inspector turned off the gas fireplace by moving it to pilot and listed it as non-functioning. I was in the process of buying my first house and Rob was recommended to me through a friend. I wanted to go with someone I could really trust because the house was built in 1890. I contacted Rob on Friday and he got someone down to Cincinnati that Monday! He sent his employee (Travis) and he did a wonderful job.
