My name is Mark Bromer and I'd like to thank you for taking time to see what Fortress Home Inspection is all about. Being a homeowner myself, I understand the stress that can come along with the purchase of a home. My goal is to make the inspection process as painless as possible. Every inspection I perform is important to me.
The primary purpose of a pre-purchase home inspection is to make sure the structure is solid and safe. By waiving the opportunity to have a home inspection, you may actually be creating unnecessary anxiety and stress in the future. The inspection is a process where the structure and the systems of the home are visually inspected, tested and/or operated to verify proper operation or installation.
Should a new home be inspected? YES! Not all new home construction is up to par. Mark was fantastic. After shopping around and calling half a dozen other inspection companies, I didn't hesitate to go with Fortress Home Inspection. Mark stayed on the phone with me for probably 10-15 minutes answering every question and discussing the house with me. I could tell right away that he knew what he was doing. He is priced competitively and a real person- not a giant business that wouldn't remember my name or home. The fact that he is local made it even better because he knows the area and the houses. Sadly, our first house did not work out because there were too many fixes and problems

I was trying to purchase a home in Mariemont, OH and needed it inspected immediately for VA purposes - I was in a pinch but Mark really came through and got my inspection with paperwork and all within a few days.
