I have been seeing Cindy for almost a year now, and she is wonderful! She has helped me face and conquer obstacles that have been holding me back for many years. She is kind and compassionate and truly desires to help people. I usually visit her office location, but there have been times due to weather or my schedule when I can't make it there, and Cindy also offers secure live video sessions so we can still talk. If you have problems with depression, anxiety, loneliness, or shame I highly recommend working with Cindy so you too can have the better life you deserve!

I have been seeing Cindy for 2 1/2 years now, and I can honestly say she has changed my life. She has helped me wade through things that have happened in my past, things that are currently holding me back, and has equipped me with tools to conquer my future. Having Cindy Eldridge "in your corner", is like having a best friend who's highly skilled and trained and yet doesn't come across that way.
