They did an awesome job. Car came out looking brand new. They also have great customer service. Rosemary greeted me and offered me coffee and kept me up to date throughout. She also remembered my name when I came back. Chris was also great and very knowledgeable. Even the owner Gabriel came out to greet me and ask what I thought of the work they did. I would def come back here again.

I was recommended to this place by my insurance they were going through a revamp of their staff and I found myself frustrated initially but the owner took time out to explain the situation to me and was extra courteous and extra accommodating to getting my car fixed properly and to the best it could be done. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
They do not call to give you updates when they’ve had your car over a month. I’ve had to call every single time for an update very unprofessional. Not accurate at all my car was supposed to be done over 4 different times now & still “not done”. I would not recommend this place at all for anything!

I only have good things to say about Century 1st. Brought them some new front and rear bumpers for paint and I could not believe the results. If you want an OEM quality paint job thats fast with a PERFECT paint match then look no further than Century 1st. These guys have been in this business for a long time and it shows. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and right away I could tell that my car was in good hands. Big thanks to Steve and Chris for helping me out! 5 stars.
