We are currently producing estimates on Mitchell Systems. We employ two full trained estimators to help minimize waiting time for customers when they come in for their estimates.
We provide a range of services including complete auto body & repair, body frame straightening, fiberglass work, PDR (paintless dent repair), wheel reconditioning, plastic & texture plastic repair. We are happy to work with OEM and non-OEM parts depending upon customers or insurers request. In order to make it easy for our customers, we provide shuttle services to local car rental companies or specific locations, upon customer's request.

I’m extremely disappointed with their services. I went here to get my car fixed but first I needed a estimate for the insurance company. They got the estimate done with the assumption I was not going to fix my car there. I was very clear with my intentions and I had been advised that once the insurance company signs the estimate I am good to come in and bring in my car, by Joe himself. I am now told that there’s a 6 week wait period before they can start on my car after the estimate was signed. This has been a huge inconvenience for me as I am have a baby soon in the winter. My car was there for repairs thru insurance. Joe and family were very kind and professional. My vehicle did take a long time to repair due to lack of available OEM parts. However, the repair was excellent and the car looks like new. The vehicle was clean and washed when I picked up. As a general recommendation to others, if you need your vehicle back quickly, allow the use of aftermarket parts for repair. Original parts are still tough due to Covid slow down.

Just a completely professional operation. Extremely easy and seamless process dealing with them. They handled all the back and forth with the insurance company and made all the arrangement with them for the repairs.
The quality of there work is exceptional. There is no way you would be able to tell that there was a repair done on my vehicles...plural. They have worked on all 4 of my cars.
The owner Joe is a “car guy“ so he really takes pride in his work and it shows. His wife Theresa runs the office and is just a pleasure to deal with. There are still some family owned and operated businesses

I must first say that they did an excellent job with my car, the fit and finish are wonderful, it looks brand new. However it took over a month to complete a job that I was told on the phone would only take up to two weeks. I'm amazed with the results however and was lucky enough to have a good deal on a rental, so I can't complain too much. The owner and his wife were responsive to email and phone and it wasn't any trouble handling payment through my insurance.
Hopefully I won't need anymore work done, but if I do I won't have any objections to using them again, although I would suggest to anyone
