The shop turned an unpleasant experience due to a fender bender, dealing with insurance and rental vehicle, much more tolerable. They took my car in when done, I was able to drop off the rental at their shop (they checked it in) and I drove home in my car. The shop owners kept me informed from beginning to end (Gary helped us). Great customer service. I appreciate their knowledge, professionalism, convenience and thorough wonderful work performed; my vehicle looks like new!

My husband drove over a sharp object on the freeway and his car was leaking oil. I called around to body shops around my area and spoke to Gary at Exotic Auto Body. His calm and helpful demeanor convinced me to have the car towed to his shop. Once there he was very helpful and answered all of our questions. This pricing was very reasonable and the turnaround time was very quick regardless of the unavailability of parts. Throughout the entire process, he called and texted me updates about the status of our car. The cherry on the top of his service was that he has our car washed (inside and out)

I had my catalytic converter stolen from my Prius after a short trip and lost on what to di. I'd heard that the replacement of these parts cost upwards of $3000. Fortunately my insurance, Geico, was able to cover majority of it and recommended this place on a list that allows people to get their repairs started immediately after the estimate. I chose this place because of how many good reviews I saw and they didn't disappoint. Alex was very nice and informative throughout the process, and had helpful knowledge about the cars being targeted for these parts.

This review is about Gary. I was rear-ended on the 105. The driver of the car that hit me was forced by other traffic into the back of my car. She told me while we were exchanging phone numbers that she was nervous about what this was going to do to her insurance costs. I imagined the cosmetic damage to my car would be no more than $300-$500 but it could cause financial hardship for her.
This morning I called Exotic Auto on La Cienega near LAX and spoke to Gary. I brought the car in and told him what happened. 2 seconds later he's in his shop and back with couple of tools, snapped the bumper back

Gary and the team always provide excellent service. They get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality in the work or repair. Exotic Auto Body is my go-to for both minor and more labor intensive needs. The finished product is always perfect and the prices are fair and reasonable.

My boyfriend recommended this place and being the jaded Los Angeleno I am, I was sceptical and got another quote to make sure I was getting a good deal. Well, they ended up being amazing from beginning to end. Gary was polite and professional, and you could tell he hated keeping anyone including me, waiting. It's hard enough to find a good auto body place, but to find one with great customer service is near impossible. This place is a dream come true and Gary is a unicorn. My Tesla model S looks brand new and I look like a million bucks driving it.

Great experience here. Had to get some repairs done after a collision and Gary's communication throughout the process was top-notch, from the initial scheduling call to updates on their progress to the final pickup. Final product looks great, and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car when finished. If I get in another accident, these are the guys I'll use to get back on the road.

I can't say enough good things about Gary and the folks at Exotic Auto Body. I was in an accident and I brought my car here for repairs through my insurance company. AMAZING PLACE! My insurance company recommended these guys and so glad they did! Gary was AWESOME! Made sure I got everything fixed and that my van looked good as new and even tried to look into my van door and why it wasn't working (non accident related). He was so kind! Exotix fixed my car in half the original time they stated. My VAN LOOKS BRAND SPAKIN NEW! It's a 2010 Sienna so it's an oldie but looks as if the model JUST came out this year! They did an amazing job and are LEGIT. Nice guys and great service!

Excellent service. Work with my insurance company well. My jeep was scuffed up by some a-hole in a parking lot. I took my baby to this fine establishment due to the reviews, and they did not disappoint. Even had to wait a few extra days because their normal paint guy wasn't in and Gary wanted to my sure my tri color paint was done the best. On 12-8-20, I went to Exotic auto body to get the rear drip moldings replaced on my 2013 Ford Raptor. Gary the owner quoted me a great price. The job was finished quickly and even though the job was more work than we had initially thought, Gary didn't change the price he quoted me. He could have easily charged me twice as much. They even still washed the car after taking a loss ! Great character guy I highly recommend.

The best auto body shop i've ever experience.. the owner is super honest, informative, courteous, affordable in terms of charging its customers. I've been to this shop since 2007 and they are doing their job the right way. After they're done, its look like your car has been done by the car manufacturer and i'm pretty sure you won't notice the difference. I would highly recommend to anyone to come to this auto body repair in the near future. You definitely won't regret it.

Gary was amazing! He made this awful experience of dealing with repairs after a car crash easy. He helped in every step of the process and went above and beyond to assist me. He got me a lyft to the car rental place, and also got me the best pricing on a rental since my insurance company did not cover the rental. They fixed the car in a timely manner and he stayed in touch with me throughout the whole time to keep me updated on the car repair. If you ever get into a car accident and you need repairs Gary and the people at Exotic Auto Body are the go to. I cant stress this enough how easy they made

Was stupid enough to save on collision insurance. Guy who hit me had no insurance at all. Gary and Alex where third shop I visited - Need to visit no more. Respectful, punctual, professional.
Fixed my GLE like new in one week, other guys were asking for three. Just to make sure they didn't cut any corners I went to the shop I visited before them and ask to check their work. To my surprise, they gave 5 stars Exotic's work as I did.

I came to Gary at Exotic Auto as one of the body shops listed on my insurance's preferred spots, and I am beyond grateful that I chose them. Gary was extremely helpful, going above and beyond. When I was having difficulty with my car insurance and getting the car rental, Gary offered to pay for the first day of the car rental while I worked it out with the agency. He was very professional, kept me updated, and got my car back to me in less that two weeks -- not bad considering there was more damage than originally anticipated.

My car needed a new bumper. I called and got an estimate the same day. The cost what exactly what they said it would be and the car looks great. You'd never know there was any damage. They car was ready when they said it would be. Gary called to let me know the paint originally didn't come out the way he wanted it and he was going to redo it, which he still and they still got the car to me on time. The absolute best! My experience here couldn't have been better. Excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. They fixed my car up super quick - even quicker than I originally expected. When they called to tell me it was completed, I was like "OMG already?!"

My car sustained moderate side and rear body damage. The body shop took care of everything pertaining to the car repair. I dropped my car off at the shop and the body shop did all the communication with the insurance company. The body shop even provided me with transportation to Enterprise rental car.

I would definitely recommend this place for great quality work and customer service.
