Totally disappointed about this company, last week on thursday i helped my mother and sister to send an application for a house in seaside on thursday afternoon (40 for each $ 80 total) on friday morning i called this company by phone around 10 am to make sure my application was submitted correctly, and guess what! the house has already been rented, how? None of the information on my mother and sister's application was verified including the credit report, I could say that it was a scam, these types of companies give you the application even when the houses have already been rented.
