Before I moved in I notified them of the mold I had found. Ruth tried to tell me it was rust, it definitely wasnt. We were living in a hotel so anything was better than what we had so we still moved in. The driveway had such bad potholes and they never fixed it even after multiple complaints from all the tenants as well as ripping a piece off the bottom of my car. The balcony wood was loose and felt unsafe. They have an online payment option which is convenient.

I (we, myself & two daughters) applied on-line for a home. After waiting for over a week & 1/2 I gave the office a call only to be informed the home was rented. Which happens.. but to be informed that due to the fact that I applied on-line, I would not be notified of the home being rented. ???
Also each property I would be interedsted in would require a additional fee? (90% of companies hold your application for 30-60 days w/out additional fee) An additional run of credit per property? As a potential renter looking for a home as challenging as it is, this company is not making things any easier

I have nothing but awesome things to say about First City Property Management. I rented from them for 5 1/2 years. The management (Gary) is who I spoke with regarding any questions I had and property owner are terrific individuals. I'd highly recommend First City to anyone looking for a rental unit.
