Carmel Highlands is a small, unincorporated area that sits directly south of her better known sister, Carmel-by-the-Sea. This picturesque community is arguably one of the most beautiful in the nation, with many local homes featuring soaring views of the Pacific Ocean. It is almost exclusively residential, so Carmel Highlands residents take advantage of the commercial amenities of Carmel for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Del Ray Oaks is a very small city in Monterey County, sandwiched between the communities of Monterey and Del Monte Heights. With just a few short streets and a couple of neighborhoods, Del Ray Oaks is home to around 1,600 people. The city is almost exclusively a residential destination, though there are a few grocery stores and restaurants within the city's limits.
Marina is a mid-sized city in Monterey County, with a population of just over 22,000 residents. Although the area has been inhabited for hundreds of years, the city itself was only incorporated in 1975, making it the newest city on the Monterey Peninsula. Marina offers residents a high quality of life, with strong local schools, plentiful parks and recreational areas, and easy access to other cities in the county.

Chris Navarro has been incredibly patient and kind while exuding professionalism at all times. My family is going through a couple of situations where it's made it very difficult to connect, make a decision, and or get moved and Chris has been there every step of the way smiling right through the phone, even though I'm sure it's been difficult. He's had to put more work into our situation than others yet he's never made us feel as though it was a problem, in fact he's made it seem as though it's just another day in the real estate business. I don't think you can go wrong choosing Pacific Grove

Pacific Grove property management has managed our townhouse in Monterey for many years now. They do a great job, are very professional and are always a pleasure to deal with. Chris Is very responsive and always has a solution to any issue that comes up.
