My battery died on a ridiculously cold Chicago day. They were able to send someone right away, and were very friendly. Robert the driver who jumped my car also had to deal with my hood being frozen shut. He handled it in stride like it was no big deal at all. Great service would use them again (although hopefully I won't need to).

My driver Gus came by to tow my camaro he was extremely helpful kind and professional even when there was an angry bystander trying to start a fight with him over blocking the street for literally like 30 seconds he didn't deserve that highly recommended this company for being professional and good at what they do

I own a hvac company. This is the third time I'm using towing service . Last 2 guys were nice and polite 3rd guy was Adrian L. He was the best one so far. Price is affordable and service is fast most companies gives u waiting time for 3 to 4 hours and in the end No one shows up. Never had an issue w these guy. I'll be definitely keep using them in the future . Thanks for the service!

I was stuck in Chicago for over 4 hours on the shoulder of the highway and had called another tow truck company after the first few 45 minutes. The one tow truck company was going to make it in less than an hour and then that turned into 2 and then the driver could not find us and at this point we were aggravated due to waiting so long and it being 10pm!!!!! I called 24 hour towing and the dispatcher Robert had no more drivers, but then called us back and mentioned his driver Adrian would be clocking in and showed up 15 minutes later and towed our car all the way to the northern suburbs for cheap

I was desperately trying to find anyone who could help me get a car towed to get the battery looked at. Despite being far away from my town Chicago 24 Hour Towing came out and not only helped me get my car towed to a Firestone, but walked me through the process on how my insurance would cover the cost. Shout out to my driver Adrian L. for his professionalism and explaining what exactly was causing my car trouble.

I kid you not, this story is going to sound like I made it up! I swear, it is 100% FACTS. My vehicle was stolen in Normal, IL, which is about 2 hours from Chicago. I filed a police report where I live and feared the worst. When the thieves took my vehicle, they performed a reset on it which took away my ability to connect to it via my Ford app, so I could not track the location. By some stroke of luck, I was able to reconnect my application which provided me with the ability to see a location on my vehicle, and I tracked it all over the city of Chicago. I must have called 100 different numbers

Waited 2 hours for a tow on the side of I-90 after being told it would be 30 minutes. Towed three miles for $300. They then decided to drop my motorcycle on its side damaging it in the process of excess at least $500. After this they refused to acknowledge my existence or concerns regarding damages. All I asked for was a refund. Stay away from this business. I would push my vehicle home rather than go through dealing with their crappy service and prices again.

Called up the shop and they quoted me about 40 minutes. 5 minutes later, their driver, Robert, calls me up and tells me he's going to be here in 10 minutes.
Robert was spectacular and professional and quick and efficient. Got the job done flawlessly. Would definitely work with him again! Give the man a raise!

The battery in my car died in an illegal spot outside of NW Hospital in Chicago (my bad as I was just waiting for someone with my flashers on). I called AAA since I pay a small fortune to have them rescue my car for just this reason. They told me they couldn't come for another few hours- what?!? Neither me nor my car could remain in that spot for that long. Desperate, I made some cold calls and ultimately landed on Chicago 24 hour Towing. I got stuck at fort parking. I don't usually write reviews. Lot of people there tried to push it out but to no help. I was afraid I'll get some damage. Luckily, I found Chicago 24 Hour Towing phone no. They said they'll be there in 20 mins. They came in with a huge truck and got me out of my misery. They are really sweet and honest guys. I hope I don't get ever stuck again but If I am stuck around my area, I will call Chicago 24 Hour Towing..!! Highly recommended to their level of service and professionalism I encountered working with them..!!!

Service with this company is undeniably efficient and amazing.... they are exactly what you're looking for in an emergency situation... I absolutely was impressed with the customer service and the follow through ... it's sucks to have an issue with your car but... it does ease and help the situation when you have someone that can fix the situation you're in .... I'm sorry I cannot remember the name of the guy that answered the phone but he was so cool and helpful and the driver Robert who showed up within 15 minutes from the call was even more helpful ... in the scheme of things

This was our 1st time using them and definitely would call them again if needed. Tow truck came within the time frame we were told by the dispatcher. Robert the driver communicated with us for exact location. Also received a text from company notifying us of arrival. Under 30 minutes from phone call to tow. Very satisfied with customer service.

I didn't have quite a good experience utilizing this company to tow. There was alot of miscommunication with pricing and not alot of transparency. This was from the dispatcher with miscommunication and lack of transparency.
I will say that Bobby the wrecker made situations positive in a variety of ways. At one point when a man and his son wanted to watch the tow process, he politely let them know about safety procedures in case objects and materials were to project into the air.
As my short time in the towing process with Bobby, he was patient and understanding of what It is that was going

I needed my truck towed to the dealer and I gave Chicago 24 Towing a call and it went well. I heard a lot of horror stories on the news when dealing with tow companies but thank goodness this went extremely well. I called to get my truck towed and they arrived when they said they would. And the price was what they quoted me on the phone and it did not change which is a plus. Once they towed my truck to the dealer and the dealer told them to take it down a few blocks this towing company gave me a call and updated me on what the dealer said. If I ever need a tow I'll be sure to give Chicago

Was an incredible 14 hours spent with Oren! He towed my Volvo semi w/sleeper and myself from Shelby, Iowa to Merrionette Park, Illinois. Had Bluetooth headset charged and plenty of snacks to eat throughout morning as i planned on being bored. Needless to say the
conversation was great; wished i wasn't nursing a migraine all morning then i could've done a better job at helping him to stay awake. Professional from initial call and callback to asking dispatch ETA.

Overall I was happy with the service I received. A little hard to find as they're in the Lake Shore Plumbing Building and there's no visible signage other than the tow trucks in the lot [assuming they're there].
Anyway, once I tracked them down, everything was arranged with the driver, Mariusz, and my car - which had a broken axle - arrived at the mechanic as scheduled. Cost was consistent with what seems to be the going rate for tows nowadays - my tow insurance covered the cost and that's mostly what counts.
