I stayed here a few years ago, very nice stay always. I booked this hotel again before looking at the reviews & was nervous to come back. But now that Im here i see almost every recent bad review is exaggerated to the highest extent & im not sure why?? Maybe the Tv situation?? The room is very clean & nice, clean bathroom & shower. The guy that checked me in was very nice check in was easy. And my towels were soft af. The only things that kind of bothered me is theres no microwave.. but there is a fridge!! The TV didnt have any network but its not a big deal theres no football games on tonight

Roaches, bed bugs, first room was not the type I booked online and was filthy. Second room after we were moved, I almost sat on a glass pipe that was shoved in the chaise seating. Maintenance seems incompetent because the entire place looks to have been neglected. Granted, I'm a finish carpenter so I see more than the average person as far as details, but it is pretty bad. I will not ever be visiting again for almost $200/night. Bright all this to the front desk's attention. All they could mister in response was, "Oh, really? Thanks. Sorry about that." Pitiful. If I could give less than one star

Our room was very clean. The cleaning crew must be very dedicated. There are alot of glass surface to maintain in these rather uniquely designed rooms. Not a waterspot anywhere.
Our room had a nice king size and a modern, of not average sized flat screen television.
Currently, breakfast is not being offered, but there are plenty of breakfast places to choose from close by.
It is nice to be able to park your car close to the front door. The drive up is covered, so if you are unloading the car, you won't get wet.
I like the elevator. It has seen better days, cosmetically, but functions perfectly

The room had German roaches in the bathroom. Dingy and dirty, the remote did not have batteries.
It does look like they were in the process of making the room over. The bath tub is deep and long fitting me and my boyfriend in nice (we are medium beings) the shower is in the same room with the tub and has the rain fall feature all new looking. Oh and the glass paneling allows you to watch tv from the tub. That's pretty cool.
The room itself looks sloppy, mismatched furniture patched holes that haven't been painted. Needs work, specially for the price and the website does not represent

Tried to change a reservation date. The hotel staff member told me such a change had to be made through Priceline, but Priceline's website said it had to be made through the hotel staff. After a half hour on hold with Priceline I gave up on getting a straight answer, and tried to cancel the reservation and rebook it. My reservation did get cancelled -- and Casulo Hotel kept my money -- and there was no option to rebook.

This hotel USED to be nice, well kept up. Looks like the owner has LOST it or his mind. Rooms are nice or USED to be nice. By the looks of it he's just letting this place go down BIG TIME. USED to get good ratings and now it's a bunch of negative 1 star reviews. This hotel has taken a turn for the worst.

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The pictures looked nice, but when we arrived there were broken windows, and the pool was FILTHY. Walking in was another story. Our hotel AC didn’t work and all we had was a portable fan. There was a rag in the shower like someone had already used it. There were wires from the wall hanging everywhere, paint chipped off walls, and we had a regular BED SHEET covering the glass window from our bathroom. Not to mention the sheet was white and dirty. Please save your money and do not stay here.

So I chose this hotel for a romantic getaway with my girlfriend. We were in town for the Morrissey concert and I decided that this would be a great end to a perfect weekend. Getting to the place was a bit aggravating only because the nearest exit makes you pass it up. I had to do a lot of driving around in order to find it. I wasn't too familiar with the area so that might have been a factor. The location is great too as it's up on a hill. I recommend getting a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony. The view isn't that great as it's right off of the freeway, but on a cool night

DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE! The hotel was absolutely disgusting. It smelled funky right when you walked in. No one greeted me and they continued to attend to business as if I wasn't standing there. The room I reserved wasn't available. They sent me to a room that had no AC. Then rebooted me to another room that was dreadful. Theres were stains on the carpets, the furniture, the furniture cushions. I walked out on the balcony and the wood was so splintered I'm not even sure how the balcony was still attached. I cannot even give it a 1 star. The carpet in our room were 2 foot by 2 foot squares. That were just laid on the floor.
The Green chair was filthy!!! So was the office chair.
I understand why they do not put comforters on their beds.
Not sure what was on the wall. There websites says there a slippers in the room. Will not in ours and I understand why they would give you slippers, you would not want to put your feet on the floor, not sure when it was cleaned. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee. From reading the reviews, my boyfriend and I did not feel comfortable staying here. We had booked the hotel months in advance and decided to get a refund and stay elsewhere. Most reviews are recent and we didn't think we would like staying here, even for only one night. The lady over the phone was helpful and allowed us to get our refund and waived the charges on the booking. I would not stay here based on the recent reviews.

My daughter and I reserved through Reservations.com. The hotel smelled of mold. I react to mold immediately, had difficulty breathing. The hall was was caved in. The shower curtain had black mold. In front of our room floor was a hair ball the size of a fist. Please do not stay there. We had better get our money back.

If I could give negative stars... I would. Upon arrival, the outside of the hotel appears to be abandoned and haunted. The pool was surrounded by caution tape, and a chain link fence. It must have been down for a while because the inside of the pool was black and green. There were trees and vines overgrowing against the side of the building. The awning looked like it was going to collapse on your vehicle. When you walk into the lobby, you can instantly smell mildew. No phone... May have been for WiFi connection .. but either way NO PHONE!! No blankets on either bed! Cannot turn the a/c down, no remote, not enough towels, can't call anyone downstairs because there isn't a phone, the fridge doesn't work. Dirty towels!! Torn curtains, broken bathroom handle! OMG.. this place has gone down the toilet in the past 3 years!! I want my money back and DO NOT EVER STAY HERE!

When looking at images online, the hotel looked really nice and the rooms looked great. Once we arrived we experienced ok customer service, but our room was AWFUL. We did not have a fridge or microwave and overall it was run down pretty badly. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling wrapped in plastic, the carpet was tiled and you could see the concrete showing underneath, there was a window AC unit (although it did blow fairly good), the walls and curtains looked really bad, and on the side of the bed a medal rod stuck out that kept hurting my boyfriend. This place is so ghetto! The AC was a window unit that was covered by the curtains because the other unit was broke. There was a hole in the ceiling, the lamp shade was broken. The telephone was broken. I don't even know why they had one in the room if it doesn't work. The ceiling lights were broken. The TV is old and the remote didn't even work! The carpet floor tile was lifted! It's so bad I was afraid to sleep!

Check in was pretty rough. They almost charged me twice. Finally got into a room just to walk into a super dirty room that was half made. Ash on the sheets, super thick smell of smoke, dirty towels and trash on the ground. The elevator was filthy and the floors were super dingy and stained. As were the walls. I call, they move me to another room... this one wasn't too much better. Bathroom was pretty dirty, with some dried yellow liquid on the wall..... I'll leave that one to the imagination. Nothing in our room had been cleaned prior to our arrival. There is a 15 MINUTE CANCELLATION POLICY after your check in.
I think the pictures speak for themselves. This room was $160. We ended up sleeping on an air mattress.
Do not look at the photos if you are eating.
***UPDATE: After spending less than 12 hours in my room, I woke up very sick- sneezing and wheezing. I have no doubt it has to do with all the mold in the room. Days later I am still recovering.
