I bought a new build house last year with an 11 month warranty. So when the builder told me they weren’t providing an inspector to do the 11 month walk through I reached out and got Mr. Scott Frey’s information. He came highly recommended. He came over and showed up right on time, he introduced himself and provided a business card. He was very nice and professional. He found issues that my initial home inspector (the one I hired before buying the house) did not find. There were issues with the structure that went amiss initially from the first inspector. Scott is very detailed and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to home inspections. My mother recently used him (and will again very soon due to his thoroughness) for a mobile home she was interested in. We met him at the house and he walked us through and showed us each and every issue, explaining everything in detail. He also provided us with a helpful book.
