As a home inspector trained and certified by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) we adhere to their Comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice. This means that the Standard Home Inspection will include a visual inspection of all of the following (when accessible) and a clear, concise inspection report with photo detail will be delivered electronically the same day as the inspection.
Almost no home is going to be perfect (even new or recently built construction). Our inspectors will usually discover some issues with your home needing attention or that the buyer and seller should be aware of. Usually, these issues are easily resolved and can be worked out between a buyer and seller.
Radon is a naturally occurring gas found in soil, rock and water. All homes have some level of radon in and around them, but a test is needed to determine if you're at risk. The radioactivity and lack of radon detection has led the EPA to consider it the leading cause of lung-cancer among non-smokers.

My husband and I just recently had our future house inspected. We are first time home buyers so naturally had a lot of questions and were nervous about everything. We actually had 2 guys on site doing the inspection & they did a fantastic job! The report came back SO detailed which is great for us to be able to refer back to. They were both very knowledgeable & answered any questions thrown their way to the best of their abilities. Highly recommend!!!

The inspector was friendly and efficient. I got the inspection quickly and it was very detailed. I appreciated he put in the report where all the shut off valves are. Something they might consider is showing where the router hook up is located a necessity these days. I would have liked to know if there was more than one and where it’s located.

Adam showed us the pictures he took and explained what he saw as well as what items need attention. He was very helpful in making sure we understood what he found and how that may or may not affect the purchase of the house he inspected. He also had our report to us same day.
