Jerome Grand

This WAS my dream place. We were on the waiting list for 7 months and finally got a until. Only to have a very loud cracking floor in our bedroom. Over 1 month here and no one has been able to fix it. It's so loud we cannot get out of bed of some else is sleeping as we would wake up everyone. I am so sad and frustrated. I have tried asking many ways and they just don't come.

Everything is fine... It's a little pricey.. BUT THE TRASH... It is the most disgusting thing I've experienced. It makes you want to shower after taking the trash out. They literally built a house around the trash compacter, so it's hot, it smells, its filthy.. you have to touch a door to get in... I don't understand why anyone would think this is a good idea.
Remove the house.. Change contractors..
That is all..

Pros: Spacious apartment homes, love that our apartment home does not share walls, trendy interior & exterior finishes, attached garages w/ openers, great neighbors, lots of sidewalks with endless connectivity to paths, large dog park, beautiful pool, gym & community center, locally owned, friendly & responsive management company, frequent onsite food truck, AWESOME, quiet location; close to EVERYTHING!
Cons: No preferred employer program. Carpet is really low budge; feels like walking on toasted bread and the padding even makes a crunching sound (gross)! Lawn care is TERRIBLE. Utility bills are

We had the best experience, all the process of leasing was great, Anna made it easy. We love our new place and our kids love the community to, our pug Lola loves the dog park.

I’m spending a hectic and hard time to settle down in the US for last couples of days. But to stay with nice staff in this community is giving me a great comfort looking forward to better life here ahead.

I’ve been here since it opened, and I love it! Good customer service and responsiveness from the leasing office and maintenance department. Safe. Nice neighbors. Great mix of families and folks of all ages and from all places. Dublin schools. Mile+ in either direction, and there are groceries, shops, and entertainment. Goddard and Kumon are nearby. Just a few minutes to Dublin Methodist Hospital and the 161/270 interchange. It’s on an old pumpkin patch with Jacquemin Farms just on the corner, too. Really fantastic place to live! Commute is easy to get to 33 & 270, great access to Historic Dublin, too. Townhomes are a good size with plenty of insulation between buildings to cut down on noise. Great sized gym and pool area, consistent food truck nights throughout the warmer months and the staff is very very friendly and helpful!

The property is clean and so big. Plenty of space to walk the dog and experience the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The apartment itself is the perfect size for my family. The employees are well responsive and really care to make sure we feel at home. Highly recommend Jerome Grand!

Really like the place overall. Grounds are kept nice, office staff is great. My only complaint which is why I docked 1 star is the trash and recycling situation. Their method is a trash compactor which breaks down or is too full constantly. They have no recycling at all, so I have to collect my own recycling and drive it to a recycling drop off point. If they added a method for recycling, it would be perfect.

Jerome Grand has been by far the best place I have lived. Brandon was incredibly transparent throughout the whole renting process and was friendly and professional even following my early departure. Unfortunately, my stay at Jerome Grand was cut short due to the need to move earlier than expected. However, if I were to ever move back to the Columbus area, this would be the first place I check for open units. Amazing job to the Jerome Grand staff.
