I have lived at the Wendell for the past 8 months and it has been by far the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at! The staff is absolutely incredible. Jules is so nice and always answers all my questions and concerns. The maintenance guys are very nice and very quick and know what they’re doing. The community is very nice it’s not your usually complex with a bunch of college kids. It’s very peaceful and very well kept. I’ve jumped around from complex to complex because they never really felt like a good fit. With the Wendell it’s so different it feels like home and I can’t wait

I've been living here at The Wendell going on 3yrs and I absolutely love it!!!!!! I remember my search 3yrs ago and The Wendell was the last place I visited. I knew this was the place for me as soon as I pulled in the parking lot! My mom always says, you know when you know, and I knew!!!!!! The property is beautiful, well kept, and very clean! The entire staff does a great job keeping up on the property! And speaking of the staff, EVERYONE is beyond great!!!! The girls in the leasing office are rock stars!!!! They are always friendly and quick to respond to questions and issues. And they do a really

I have lived here for a little over a year now and I really do enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and Management is quick to answer any questions I have. Maintenance is also quick to help when needed.
I personally love the location. Small town feel but close to the city.
The only "downside" is that you can hear your neighbors every move if they are louder than normal, but that is expected when living in an apartment complex.
I highly recommend.

The Wendell was our first home when my husband and I moved from California back in 2017. The Wendell was just 6 months old at the time we sadly just moved this year! We cannot express how happy we were here. The process when we first applied was so smooth and back then Jessica made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. This just continued with Joan, Angie and Olivia who also made our moving out process a breeze and answered all our questions. The clubhouse was always well maintained, never issues with gym equipment not working or computers being down. Maintenance was just amazing and quick to respond

Great apartments, seems nice enough for the area and everything else... But management keeps writing generic eviction threats to me and everyone else in our building on the grounds that someone in my building is smoking.
It's extremely unprofessional. Figure out who is actually doing it before you make me out to be a degenerate. Most recently there was no response when I replied, and now here I am on a public forum warning you...
If you get the unfortunate luck to live near someone who breaks the rules in these apartments, you will also be targeted by a frustrated management. Even if you do nothing

I rented a one bed room apartment - had to leave due to job change. I was extremely impressed with the staff and facilities at the Wendell. The apartment floor plans are modern and well maintained. The staff was super attentive to my needs prior to rental and during my stay. The area around the Wendell is quiet and great for running or walking. I highly recommend the Wendell to prospective renters.

The Wendell... These people are incredible. I moved in during August of 2020. My prior living arrangements had just fallen through and was in need of a new apartment on such short notice. Jordan was the leasing agent who helped me and she pulled so many strings to make sure I would have a place to live in their community. She made such a stressful process so easy for me and I am so grateful for that. I really appreciate The Wendell and their wonderful staff. My apartment is a one bedroom with stainless steel appliances, my neighbors are quiet and friendly, and I feel so safe in this community.
