Lived here for a little over 3 years.
Cons:
* Horrible insulation & electric bill is HIGH in the winter. Always a draft coming in.
* Delivery can never find us bc gps takes them to the other side of the complex.
* No storage space besides creepy underground crawl space under laundry room that we never used.
* Had to call pest control because of loud digging/scratching in the bedroom walls & also the chimney. They came out twice, didn’t fix anything and it is still in there. Feathers were everywhere when they were done because they pulled out a birds nest out of the attic door in the bedroom

Debbie who is the current property manager is one of the best humans who is always willing help and very considerate for the residents. Have had occasion where she stepped in to expedite the service requests to address immediate concerns.

Maintenance is Overwhelmed is been months they still haven't addressed the issues in my apartment, the front office doesn't respond nor keep me informed with work being done, and the rent is another issue, Because of a default in their system i was charged late on my rent on thier behalf I've never been late with my rent

While the area as a whole is very nice and the apartments are nice, the amount of noise you can hear from the upstairs neighbors as a lower level resident is RIDICULOUS. I had assumed it was just the residents that lived there when we first moved in that were extra loud, but now that new people moved in, I’ve realized it’s just the apartments. I can hear every step they make all day. I can hear them talking through the vent in the living room. When they shower in the master bedroom I hear nothing but loud creaking from the shower floor for however long their shower is. (Which I’m currently

Definitely recommend for either short-term or long-term. We rented a 2-story townhome here for one year. The application process was super simple and the move-in was easy. Jessica and Debbie in the Asherton office were fantastic.
There were many positives to living here. First, the location: Asherton is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Dublin. Great school district and the neighborhood is very nice.
The lifestyle: overall, quiet and tranquil by most standards. The landscaping with its ponds and amenities (pool, gym, and business center) is encircled by a 1.5 mile walking/bike path

We moved in less than 2 months ago! We had reserved our home over the phone given that we were abroad. The professionalism displayed by the Asherton team was exemplary in all aspects. Honestly, if we were to organize and do follow ups on our move, we couldn’t have done it better than how Jessica did. 10 stars on that!!!! The complex is so well maintained and the views are heavenly! I recently moved to Asherton of Dublin. The place is outrageously beautiful! With serene lakes around the property. The pic is the sunset from my balcony. The gym is 24/7 and has good equipment to work out; in addition, they have a great running track of 1.5 mile around the property. It is a family-friendly community. Not to say the property manager Debbie and her assistant manager Jessica, how supportive and careful they are. Be advised they will switch over your rent of a garage without notifying you. And expect you to then make payments on it. At a monthly aka higher rate. Do not forget it or you will pay dearly. Clearly by design.

Steer very clear of this place. We stayed there for a few months while we transitioned to a new State. The management of the apartment was incompetent (lost our payment and threatened to evict us without attempting to locate it or ask us if we had paid. They eventually found the payment IN their office.) They don't follow own their own procedures but send threatening letters to fix what wasn't done properly at YOUR expense and in THEIR time frame after. The appliances inside are SUB par (our heater could not heat the upstairs so my kids had to sleep with my husband and I just to stay

Lived there for 4 years. The electric is very expensive, but the apartments are very well kept and the grounds are immaculate. I would give it 5 stars but the apartments are old and not updated..
