I'll start with the good thing about this company. They are prompt in their communication but thats about it. Rest everything is a mess, they do over commit and are not very efficient. Probably because of the first reason.
In my case, they were not able to send me the final disclosure till the last minute, which was because they did not review the documents even after multiple reminders. UWs were asking for more documents which was not even relevant until the end and they do overcharge, probably because they know about lenders credit.
I would say it was difficult time with them.

Heike Triplett and Gabriela Valdes have really set the bar high! My boyfriend and I just purchase our first home thanks to them! We came to Heike after being led on and eventually turned down by a different mortgage company that didn’t know what they were doing, obviously! Ed and staff are super efficient and extremely hardworking. They managed to close in less then three weeks (more then one week prior to our requested closing date) despite a hiccup with litigation against the HOA. Ed and his team are extremely knowledgeable and are true miracle workers! Thanks for your hard work!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
