I went two weeks ago to see Dr Shepherd- she is still at the office as of July 2021. Dr Shepherd was very inconsiderate and did not wait for the numbing gel to work. Very bad at pain management. I was screaming in pain and she never asked if I was ok. horrible experience, do not go here. She is the least caring dentist I have ever had.

I gave this office 5 stars because they go overboard to make you comfortable and health safe. The Technician is efficient and caring. Gets the job done rather painlessly I might add. The background music is a good variety. The receptionists are also very welcoming and try to make you comfortable when you sign in. The doctor was able to do a complete check on the "soft" tissue of the mouth and around the mouth. That's a plus. I left with a new toothbrush and toothpaste and floss.

I reached out early this morning with a dental issue that surfaced the night prior and they were able to get me in the same morning. Dr. Shepherd thoroughly assessed my issue and was able to resolve. Dr. Shepherd explained my issue; described the steps she was going to take to resolve; and proceeded to address ... pain free. Highly recommend.
